“Beneath learning very precious techniques on how to coach effectively, I valued the personal learning from practicing these in triads. The training offered the added value of being coached by peers and able to pursue my own dreams and goals. The approach is very inspiring and a world of opportunities as well as measurable outcomes unfolded for me.” Eva L.
“I enjoyed this professionally conducted training a lot. Especially the atmosphere was highly supportive. Although a well trained coach myself I could definitely improve my skills.” Manfred R.
“Excellent course. Learned a lot, had so much fun and I am getting more and more confident about coaching. I love this program and am impressed by the depth of subject areas to assist clients. I find that every sentence Marilyn speaks is full of information.” Wendy M.

“Coaching training with Erickson International helped me not only in professional life, but it also improved my communication in my private life especially with my teenage son, as it improved my active listening and communication skills.
