Halka Baláčková, MBA, PCC has been working in the area of training and development since 1994, when she got her MBA at Durham University Business School (UK). Since 2001 she has been working as a freelance consultant, coach and trainer leading a large number of consulting, training and development projects for many Czech and international companies. She conducted more than 10,000 hours of manager training and over 1,500 hours of individual and team coaching sessions
Since 2010, she is a PCC coach accredited by International Coach Federation. She is also one of European facilitators of international coaching school Erickson Coaching International (Canada). Within this school Halka teaches future coaches in programs The Art & Science of Coaching and High Performance Team Coaching (in Czech and Slovak Republics, Portugal, Poland, Bulgaria, Serbia and China).
Her mission is to help managers to run their teams and businesses effectively supporting friendly working environment and the development of human skills in the companies. She works with wide range of clients such as advertising companies, banking sector, production companies, consulting businesses (DeloitteCZ, Bird&Bird), but also small and medium enterprises, and non-profit organisations. She specialises in team coaching, more than half of her total coaching (1800) hours come from team coaching.
In her free time, she does Japanese martial art Aikido, in which she helds the 3rd level black belt, and leading a club of Aikido in Prague since 2001. Halka speaks Czech, English, French and Russian.
