Dr. Baser is a medical doctor, an ICF Master Certified Coach, an Erickson International Senior Trainer -Transformational and Executive Coach, and Owner of Denge Merkezi Consultancy Co. She has an impressive breadth of professional experience in health sector policies and project management before starting her own business as a trainer and a coach in new human technologies. She provides programs and projects on human growth, leadership development, modeling human excellence, creativity, human productivity, mindfulness, perception and change management in companies. As senior Trainer with Erickson Coaching International she conducts a broad array of their Solution-Focused Coaching programs. Dr.Baser has more than 7000 hours of coaching experience more of which is in executive, team, business and transformational coaching. She is working with companies to develop their next generation leaders. Dr.Baser in working on developing the “Organic Turqouise Leader” Program from an integral perspective within this content she also supports developing leaders and managers in companies. She is author of book ‘New Human’ and in the process of writing 2 books on leadership and coaching.
