The first module of the training The Art and Science of Coaching is held in the period 8-11 September 2016. This program is designed to allow you to achieve mastery in coaching. It is ideal for leaders, managers and HR professionals who want to benefit from coaching techniques developed and proven in practice.
The training is also beneficial (excellent) for leaders and managers who want one of the most effective methods for developing human potentials to be included in their portfolio.. This program allows you to take the first and most important step to a successful career and also allow you to become a professional coach. During the training you will learn how to help your clients in the fastest and most efficient way in achieving their desired goals. The training aims to provide participants with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge, so by the end of the training they will be able to perform the entire coaching session and inspire clients to realize what necessary steps they have to take in order to be successful.

You will learn how to ask effective questions.

Have you ever wanted to help person you communicate with to be more motivated with his/her work on some project? The aim of this module is to provide participants necessary theory and practice in order to be able to carry out a complete coaching session and inspire clients to take action necessary for success. On first module of The Art and Science of Coaching you are going to learn about basic structure of coaching sessions and principles of coaching focused on solution. This module can be completed as separate training.
Focus of the second module is development and implementation of coaching skills. This module gives us a new approach to strategy, planning, execution and organization of time. In this module you are going to learn different ways in which you can assist the client to find their own answers to the question “How can I achive the desired goal?”
How many times you saw that in some team even though proven plan of action and “know how” project begins to stagnate and the end result is worse than it was planned. This module gives you opportunity to learn methods for raising awareness of clients about core values. You will learn how to assist the client to connect with the goals and values on which he operates.
The fourth module is the final module of this unique and exciting journey and the aim of it is for you to create you own strategies of success, plan for development of your own coaching business or implementation of coaching in your company. Through integration of acquired knowledge participants come in contact with an exceptional and deepest knowledge about coaching for which Marilyn Atkinson has dedicated last 30 years of research and practical work.

Erickson coaching program “The Art and Science of Coaching” is accredited coaching training program of ICF (International Coach Federation) and it’s one of the leading and most widely coaching training program in the world. At the end of this training, participants have the opportunity to be certified as a Erickson professional coaches.

Attended all four modules of training “The Art and Science of Coaching” (16 days of training)
Missed a maximum of one day of training
Pass a written test
Done 30 coaching sessions with clients who were not part of your group, of which at least 24 must be paid
Two of these 30 sessions is required to record in mp3 or wma format and deliver them to one of the local trainers
Analysis of some of the recommended books on coaching or withheld article on the implementation of coaching

The HUB is a safe online facility for participants of training to access course information, materials and resources with the aim to help you to renew the knowledge you have acquired on training.. It also facilitates communication with trainers and fellow students, strengthening the Erickson College community.
The new HUB provides you with a central place to download your coaching class materials, allowing us to provide you with the most relevant content for your course. Instead of sending the e-mails with materials, you can access to them via Erickson HUB.
After finishing individual modules , you will get the access to those materials. You can use them during the whole year.
